Serving the Lord together
We met while studying at Crown College in Powell, TN. We were married in 2001 and served on staff at the Temple Baptist Academy and Crown College for five years. In 2009 the Lord brought us to Brazil.
Jeremy was born and raised in Brazil. Amanda, however, studied in a language school in São Paulo for a year after we arrived. She has done an excellent job learning the language.
After helping in a few churches in the São Paulo area, we moved to the state of Rondônia in 2012. Rondônia has become our home. Though we have gone through some difficult times, this is where our children have grown up and where we have invested countless hours in the lives of people around us. After working in Ouro Preto do Oeste and in Vilhena, the Lord has opened a door for us in the city of Cacoal.
The Lord has brought us through several trials in the past few years, including Jeremy’s 20ft. fall through the church roof. Though none of these trials are easy, we believe the Lord knows what is best and pray we remain faithful to Him and His work. Please pray the Lord will continue using us for His glory.
